Adriana García Marín

Having grown up in Caldas and been immersed in the world of coffee for over 20 years, Adriana combines in-depth agronomic knowledge with a refined palate. As a Q-Grader and quality manager, she has worked internationally – from Colombia to Africa.
Today she roasts and develops profiles in Caldas so that each bean can reach its full potential.

Our mission at CALDAS Coffee is to bring authentic Colombian specialty coffee to Switzerland – transparently, sustainably, and of the highest quality. We work directly with select farms in Colombia and support producers who cultivate their coffee using traditional methods, experience, and deep respect for nature.
Each of our single-origin coffees is carefully harvested, precisely processed, and gently roasted to ensure that the natural aromas remain clear, vibrant, and authentic. Through direct trade partnerships, we guarantee fair wages, sustainable agriculture, and complete traceability.
